Dear sirs,
I have just completed my fourth bareboat charter with CATCO in the last six years and it was, in a word, wonderful. We actually took out two boats with 15 people (my largest group to date)
and it was a pleasureable undertaking from start to end. The boats were immaculately turned out, the service in Tortola, impeccable.
If it please you, I would like to name, particularly, those who contributed so much from your end.
First Joann. She is the face of CATCO to me, and what a lovely face she represents. She is punctual, amiable and detail driven. She sees to the paperwork with a rare diligence, but she does
it in a fashion to please. She is never ruffled, never short. It is always a pleasure to talk to her and the results from such conversations are always to the point and accurate. If you may,
give her every increase in remuneration, but do not promote her. She is a great deal of the reason I have become such a fan of your company.
I should also mention the taciturn Patrick, the French mechanic and rigger. He talks a little, but does wonders and any request to him is immediately answered.
Finally, I must acclaim Craig Cochran, the Bareboat Manager. He is competent, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. While on charter, a minor electrical problem arose. Craig diagnosed
it over the telephone, sent me to the source and I was able to correct the problem without a chase boat run or returning to base. Knowledge of product is one thing, but to have that depth
is amazing! I take off my hat.
Please rest assured we will be back and feel free to use me as a reference to anyone. After four charters, I can speak not only to quality and level of service, but also to consistency.
